Manchester City recently activated Haaland's release clause to bring him to England from Borussia Dortmund. He enjoyed a fine individual goal-scoring form in the two years he was in Germany.
Vlahovic meanwhile caught the attention of top clubs after a successful spell with Fiorentina, where he was leading the scoring charts in Serie A. Juventus beat other top clubs to secure the services of the Serbian in January.
His association President has now lauded him, as quoted by the Daily Mail.
Vlahovic is better and more complete than Haaland.
The Norwegian has devastating power, but Dusan is not inferior: there is also very little difference in their height.
But the Juventus forward's variety and styles of a player is better. Manchester City and Juventus paid more or less the same fee, including commissions, to sign the two this year from Borussia Dortmund and Fiorentina.
Vlahovic finished the season with 29 goals in 45 appearances for both Fiorentina and Juventus, while Haaland bagged 27 goals in 29 appearances.

He is enjoying his vacation after leaving Borussia Dortmund, where he enjoyed a stellar two years before Manchester City activated his release clause.
