He is wearing the number 9 shirt, the same number he had at Manchester City, possibly bringing an end to speculation of what his shirt number will be.
An initial fee of £45million was agreed between Arsenal and Manchester City, but it could rise depending on the Brazilian’s milestones with Arsenal.
Arsenal will be relieved at the acquisition of Jesus, especially after losing Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang who has since joined Barcelona, and Alexandre Lacazette.
Lacazette walked away from the club after the expiry of his contract, and went on to join his boyhood club Lyon.
The Gunners have made a huge statement of intent this summer with some big signings, as Jesus is set to become the fourth acquisition after Fabio Vieira, Marquinhos and Matt Turner.
