Mauricio Pochettino and Paris Saint-Germain are at loggerheads following a disagreement over the Argentine’s payout to leave the French champions this summer after an underwhelming 2021/22 season.
The former Tottenham manager guided PSG to the Ligue 1 title last season but the club’s chiefs were largely unimpressed with the 50-year-old after an early ouster in the UEFA Champions League.
The French giants has now resolved to let go of Pochettino this summer but must compensate the Argentine a payoff package that totals €15million.

Both parties have however not reached an amicable settlement as Pochettino is insisting on an additional €2million before he will decide to walk away from his PSG deal Daily Mirror reports.
The point of contention is bonuses for the following season coupled with performance-based incentives from the Argentine's original contract.
PSG tell Neymar to leave this summer
Meanwhile, it is a summer of departures at the Parc des Princes as Paris Saint-Germain has told Brazilian star, Neymar he is no longer needed at the club Daily Posts reports.
The Ligue 1 champions have informed Neymar's father that they will do their best to secure a loan agreement or a permanent transfer for the Brazil star, who still has more than three years left on his contract.
