The Citizens has claimed a 2-1 victory in the first leg in Paris and then completed the job, winning 2-0 at home to cruise to the final 4-1 on aggregates.
Algerian forward Riyad Mahrez was the hero of both legs having scored the winner in Paris last week before grabbing a brace in the reverse fixture.
With 20 minutes left in the encounter, Argentine star Angel di Maria was sent off, meaning a herculean comeback was no longer possible.
And for the first time in their history, Manchester City have reached the final of the Champions League and they celebrated in style right after the final whistle.

They were comfortably the better team in the second leg as PSG players looked frustrated all night, with Neymar failing to inspire the team.
PSG picked all four yellow cards on the night while Di Maria was sent off after receiving his second booking as they lost their cool.
After proving the match-winner for City, Mahrez told BT Sport via Daily Star:
“They lost their nerves and then they started kicking us, they had a red card and then it was more comfortable for us.”
