Super Falcons striker, Rashidat Ajibade has taken her preparations for the 2022 Africa Women’s Cup of Nations several notches higher after showcasing her training routines on social media.
The 22-year-old attacker has been named amongst 32 players invited by Super Falcons Head Coach Randy Waldrum to Nigeria’s camp for the AWCON which will be hosted by Morocco.
Ajibade could be seen taking some boxing drills as well as also joggling the ball simultaneously as she tries to keep fit for the upcoming competition.
The Atletico Madrid striker was also captured running some joggling skills inside the swimming pool in a rigorous training routine.
Ajibade is expected to lead the Super Falcons attack alongside Asisat Oshoala as Nigeria seeks for another continental trophy when the 2022 AWCON commences on July 2nd, 2022.

Meanwhile, Rashidat Ajibade has arrived the Super Falcons training camp in Abuja as Nigeria begins preparations for the 2022 Africa Women Cup of Nations Punch reports.
The 22-year-old forward is part of 19 players who arrived early to the Abuja training base after the Super Falcons camp was declared open.
Nigeria is seeking to win a 10th AWCON title will face rivals, South Africa, in their first group stage match on Monday, July 4, then Botswana on July 7, and Burundi on July 10.
