Manchester United new manager, Erik ten Hag has sent out the warning bell to his players before the resumption of the 2022/23 season.
The former Ajax manager has cautioned his team that no big egos will be allowed at the Old Trafford club while he is still in charge of the team.
Erik ten Hag made this warning in an email to the first team players as he has outlined what he expects from the team in the upcoming football season Daily Mail reports.
The 52-year-old manager says he expects a big increase in intensity during Man United training sessions and will replace anyone who does not fall in line with the new rules with academy kids.
Manchester United finished in the 6th position in the 2021/22 season and ten Hag has been charged with the task of making the Red Devils competitive again and vying for silverware like they did under Sir Alex Ferguson.

Antony was one of the brightest stars in the Ajax team under ten Hag and Manchester United have now tabled a £38m offer for the 22-year-old Brazilian winger Caught Offside reports.
Antony has registered 22 goals and 20 assists in 79 senior appearances for Ajax across all competitions since joining the Dutch club from Brazilian side Sao Paulo back in 2020.
