Manchester City legend Sergio Aguero celebrated his 34th birthday in style as he soaked up festivities in the hype city of Miami, US.
Aguero was in December 2021 forced to quit football quite prematurely after he was diagnosed with a heart condition.
Since then, the former Manchester City striker has kept his fans on the loop on the goings-on in his life, and he is still a keen follower of football.
Notably, he was on hand to congratulate Manchester City for a dramatic end to the season which was capped off with another Premier League title.
In photos shared on Monday, June 26, however, Aguero got out of his element as he danced the night away to celebrate turning 34.
Also in attendance at the extravagant Miami affair was Aguero’s partner Sofia Calzetti as well as family and friends.
If photos shared on his social media are anything to go by, the party was something to remember as it was fully loaded with a mariachi band and Brazilian samba dancers.
For his birthday, Aguero kept it smart and casual in jeans, trainers and a white T-shirt.
It was certainly an occasion that will help the Premier League legend keep his mind off the disappointment that came with having to cut his career short.
Aguero the coach?
Despite his retirement, Aguero has not entirely left the football scene, and he intends to travel with the Argentina squad to Qatar.
The Sun reports that Aguero has intentions to become part of the coaching staff as Argentina takes another stab at the coveted World Cup trophy.
"I want to be there. The idea is for me to be incorporated into the coaching staff, I spoke with [boss Lionel] Scaloni and [president Claudio] Tapia." The retired striker recently said.
