Cristiano Ronaldo and his teammates will be hoping to get things right on Sunday as they continue their preparations for the FIFA World Cup 2022 in Qatar.

What did Switzerland play in their own first game?

Switzerland kicked off their Nations League journey on a disappointing note as they were beaten 2-1 by the Czech Republic in what was a painful loss for them.

The loss leaves them rooted at the bottom of the standings in Group A2, with second-placed Portugal and third-placed Spain just a point clear of them.

What time will they start the game?

The kickoff time for the Nations League encounter between Portugal and Switzerland is 7:45pm, and it will be played at the Estadio Jose Alvalade in Lisbon.

Hungary upsets England in UEFA Nations League opening match in Budapest

Earlier, Sports Brief had reported how England slumped to their first defeat against Hungary in 60 years on Saturday as the hosts earned a shock 1-0 win in Budapest to launch their Nations League campaign.

Dominik Szoboszlai scored the only goal from the penalty spot as Hungary celebrated their first victory over England since 1962.

The defeat on penalties to Italy in the Euro 2020 final was the only time Gareth Southgate's side had been beaten in their previous 22 games. However, an experimental side failed to trouble the hosts, who were roared on by a 30,000 crowd largely consisting of school children.

Hungary were forced to play the game behind closed doors due to the behaviour of fans during their home matches at Euro 2020.
