The 19-year-old is expected to lead the lines when the Black Stars of Ghana hosts Madagascar at the Cape Coast Stadium on Wednesday evening.
In photos posted on Twitter, spotted by Sports Brief, a smiling Afena-Gyan could not hide his joy as he received the drawing.
Felix Afena-Gyan returned home last week after winning the Europa Conference League with Italian giants AS Roma.

Coach Otto Addo and his technical team led twenty-eight players through rigorous exercises as the boys put in work before Sunday's game against Madagascar.
