Southampton defender Mohammed Salisu has been captured playing football with friends at the Madina AstroTurf in Madina.
Salisu has an outstanding season for his Premier League club last season, recording the most tackles in the English topflight.
Following the conclusion of the 2021/22 season, the 22-year-old is back and was seen at his usual best, casually playing with friends.
In a video posted on Twitter, spotted by Sports Brief, Salisu was enjoying a session with his childhood friends on Monday afternoon.
Salisu has been on self-imposed exile from the national team after rejecting multiple approaches from the Ghana FA, always insisting he is not ready.

He recently met with the Ghana FA President Kurt Okraku which heightened speculations that a Black Stars call up is on the cards but he was again left out of the latest squad for the 2023 AFCON qualifiers.
Salisu also turned down an invitation to feature in Ghana’s two-legged Qatar 2022 World Cup playoff against Nigeria, although the Black Stars went on to qualify for the tournament on away goals.
Sports Brief earlier reported that Ghana Football Association President Kurt Okraku paid a visit to Mohammed Salisu in his latest attempt to convince the Southampton defender to play for the Black Stars.
