English Premier League outfit Manchester United are said to be monitoring Mason Mount’s situation at the Stamford Bridge as they hope to sign the Chelsea youngster.
Following the recent managerial crisis at the London club, Mount’s contract talks have stalled and United will hope to take advantage.
It was gathered that United's new boss Ten Hag is aware of the player’s situation - as the central midfielder impressed him as a teenager while on loan with Vitesse Arnheim in Holland.
Since then, United have tracked his progress and if there is any opportunity, Mount would be tempted to the North West.
SunSport reports that Manchester City and Liverpool have made enquiries for the player should he decide to dump the Blues.

He still has two years left on his £88,000-a-week existing deal.
However, he had stated that he will look forward to achieving more with the London club. He told Sky Sports via Daily Mail:
“It’s an exciting time now with the owners being confirmed, going forward it’s going to be exciting.
“The era under Roman [Abramovich] has been brilliant, now we look forward. It’s exciting stuff, can’t wait to get back to it.”
