- The FECAFOOT president was pronounced as the father of a 22-year-old woman and the court ordered him to take responsibility
- Adileusa started the lawsuit back in 2018 and provided evidence that the former Barcelona star is the biological father of her daughter
Cameroon football legend Samuel Eto’o could be dragged to court again for ignoring a ruling confirming he is the father of a 22-year-old lady.
The former Barcelona striker could face fresh legal action as he is yet to take responsibility and make payments to the family, Marca reports.
Mirror reports that the FECAFOOT president has never accepted that he is the biological father of Erika Do Rosario Nieves and failed to attend court sessions, which came to a conclusion in February.
Her mother, Adileusa, started the lawsuit back in 2018 and made efforts to provide evidence to support her testimony that Eto’o is actually the biological father of her daughter.
The former Chelsea forward has been officially named as the legal father following a court ruling earlier this year.
He was ordered to pay an allowance totalling €1,400 per month to the woman and dated back to the moment that the lawsuit was filed.
And in a recent interview with La Vanguardia, the Adileusa alleged that Eto’o is yet to offer her any amount for upkeep.
Adileusa 'Dee Dee' do Rosario, originally from the Cape Verde Islands, explained:
"It's all for my daughter, to whom he has never given anything. He has not given the girl anything since the day she was born.
"Absolutely nothing, not even with a judicial decision. She has grown up without her father and she feels so sorry because she hasn't even given her the chance to meet him."
Further reports claim that Adileusa met the four-time African Footballer of the Year at a nightclub in Madrid in 1997 during his spell with Spanish club Leganes.

Mbappé's storied transfer saga came to a conclusion after he announced his decision to commit his future with Paris Saint-Germain last Saturday, snubbing Real Madrid in the process.
His decision has since caused a massive stir with most fans of Real Madrid livid about Mbappé's choice of staying in Paris but Eto'o has welcomed the Frenchman's decision.
