Fresh off winning the Europa Conference League with AS Roma, Felix Afena-Gyan has arrived in Ghana ahead of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers next week.
The 19-year-old joins his Black Stars teammates for early preparations ahead of the games against Madagascar and the Central African Republic in June.
In photos posted on social media, the player is seen beaming with smiles as he arrived for the international assignment.
There is no break for the youngster who travelled to Tirana, Albania for the Europa Conference League final between AS Roma and Feyenoord.
Afena-Gyan was an unused substitute as Nicolo Zaniola's first half strike won the Italian giants the inaugural tournament.
He is expected to join training on Saturday as the Black Stars prepare ahead of the upcoming games.
