Chelsea have reportedly drawn up a four-man shortlist of players they want to sign this summer.
The Blues are expected to bring in new legs to help them challenge Liverpool and Man City for titles next season.
According to Mirror UK, Thomas Tuchel is due to be handed a £200 million transfer kitty to bolster his squad with defence a priority.
The publication claims that incoming owner Todd Boehly has wasted no time in showing his financial support for the Blues and is keen to invest in them after they finished someway off the pace in the Premier League this term.
Jules Kounde top on Chelsea's summer wishlist
ESPN reports that Sevilla's Jules Kounde is top on Chelsea's transfer wishlist, with the West London club keen to strengthen their defence after the departures of Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen.
A transfer for the France international fell through last summer but Chelsea's side have strongly retained interest.
The Telegraph adds that Josko Gvardiol of RB Leipzig is also among those at the top of their shopping list and will help fill the void left by Rudiger.
Also shortlisted for purchase are Villarreal's Pau Torres and Atletico Madrid star Jose Gimenez.
The attacking department is the other area earmarked for strengthening, with Man City ace Raheem Sterling shortlisted for the role.
Chelsea star announces Stamford Bridge exit
Earlier, Sports Brief reported Charly Musonda announced on Instagram that he will be departing Chelsea once his contract expires.
Musonda has spent 10 years with the Blues, having joined the club's academy as a teenager back in 2012.
However, a PCL injury sustained while on loan with Vitesse back in 2018 has seen him sidelined for months, leaving him with no choice but to end his Chelsea career.
