Kaizer Chiefs are intent on raiding Stellenbosch FC of another talented player.
The Amakhosi last week announced the signing of Zitha Kwinika from Stellies and are rumoured to have already agreed on a deal for Ashley du Preez.
The Glamour Boys are now said to be interested in signing Bafana defender, Athenkosi Mcaba, Soccer Laduma reported.
Mcaba has had an impressive season for Stellies and was also nominated for the Young Player of the Season award in the Premier Soccer League’s annual awards.
Orlando Pirates’ Kwame Peprah and SuperSport United’s Luke Fleurs were also nominated for the award.
According to TransferMarkt, Mcaba is valued at € 75 000.
The 20-year-old was also included in the Bafana Bafana squad for the friendlies against Guinea and France in March.
