The South African now reports that Chiefs are chasing the signature of Sekhukhune United captain Yusuf Maart while iDiski Times reports that the Soweto giants are interested in signing Stellenbosch FC forward, Ashley du Preez.
The club have been admirers of both players for a while and have been linked with them before.
According to the iDiski Times article, Chiefs have already made contact with the club over the player’s signature and could consider a player-plus-cash deal to tempt Stellies into selling.
With regards to Maart, Chiefs previously tried to sign the player in the January transfer window. Maart’s contract with Sekhukhune United only expires in 2023 and the club have an option to extend it further.
