One Twitter user @chief_hustler2 took a swipe at Elon Musk calling him a Manchester United fan.
@Theodoregrande1 cast doubt on whether this was the real Mahrez account to which a couple of users pointed to the fact that the account had 3.2 million followers and it was hard for an impersonator to have such numbers.
A couple of other users mentioned that they quicked rushed to check the former Leicester City's winger bio. @tee_with_sugar remembered how Mahrez had skied the infamous penalty against Liverpool at Anfield three seasons ago.
