The 17-year-old was stoked to have made his debut.
I am thankful to the gaffer for giving me the opportunity. I did not even know I would start, it just happened so fast. I was a bit nervous in the first few touches but the boys helped me a lot and made it easy for me.
It was good. Getting around the pitch is different from youth football and I think I'm just gonna have to adapt to that. I have a lot of hunger and faith. I'm looking forward to pre-season to show them what I can do on the pitch.
Obiero signed his first professional contract in February this year which will tie him to the club till 2024.
Leyton Orient are currently 13th on the log of the English fourth-tier, League Two. They finish their campaign next weekend against Tranmere Rovers.
