Nigerian footballer Calvin Bassey who plays for Scottish giants Rangers has posted adorable photo of himself smiling with the Young player of the year award he won for the 2021/22 season.
Having broken into the first team this season, Calvin Bassey has been in great form for the Scottish side who are currently occupying second position on the table.
Bassey was also nominated for the Overall Men's Player of the Year Award alongside Joe Aribo but Colombian striker Alfredo Morelos won that award ahead of both Nigerians.
The 22-year-old expressed happiness with the award he won and also thanked everyone at Rangers for the support.
