Kwesi Appiah is preparing himself for a career after the game after he took his sit on the commentary desk of the BBC in an FA Cup game on Sunday.
The Ghana international was the summarizer during the game between his former club Crystal Palace and London rivals Chelsea, in the semi-final of the FA Cup.
In a photo posted on Instagram, spotted by Sports Brief, Kwesi Appiah seemed to be enjoying his new found job, and could switch the pitch for the microphones sooner than later.
The 31-year-old is remembered in Ghana for being the revelation at AFCON 2015, when the Black Stars got to the finals and lost to Ivory Coast.
Despite showing promise at the competition, injuries affected his returned to the Black Stars.
These days Appiah plays for English League Two side Crawley Town.
Kwesi Appiah signs new contract at Crawley Town
Earlier, Sports Brief reported that former Ghana international Kwesi Appiah has expressed delight after inking a new deal with English League Two outfit Crawley Town FC.
The 31-year-old forward was among ten first-team players of the club to have extended their stay with Crawley Town.
In a post on Twitter, spotted by Sports Brief, Kwesi Appiah intimated his satisfaction with the new deal after joining the Reds in August 2021 on an initial one-year deal.
