Super Eagles Star Travels to Kano to Watch His Captain Ahmed Musa Play, Makes Big Statement Afterwards

Greece-based Super Eagles defender, Shehu Abdullahi, was a surprise guest at the Sani Abacha Stadium as Kano Pillars edged Nasarawa United 1-0 to maintain their leadership on the NPFL log.
Auwalu Ali Malam's 25th-minute effort was all the Sai Masu Gida needed to claim maximum points on home turf at the end of the matchday 23 encounter.
The right-back who can also play as a defensive midfielder however took time out to pose for pictures with his former teammates including national team captain, Ahmed Musa.

It was a beautiful moment for Pillars' players to have seen one of their own watch them play while they recorded a victory in the fixture.
While expressing his excitement seeing his old teammates, the 28-year-old posted a few pictures on his official Instagram page with close to 200k followers, saying:
"I'm delighted to watch and support Kano Pillars in yesterday's game. Excited to see my former teammates and the new era of players in the team.
"Wishing Kano Pillars the best this season. The Governor thrilled us with a superb performance. MASU GIDA."
Shehu got his youth career started at Plateau United in 2011 and one year later, he was signed by Kano Pillars where he was for two seasons before moving out of the shores of the country.
Since then, he has played in Portugal, Greece, and also Cyprus. Shehu was part of the national U23 team that won Olympics bronze in the men's football event in Brazil four years ago.

The 55-year-year-old legend shared a picture of both icons on his official Instagram page with over 1.1 million followers earlier this week.
Although the content of their conversation remains unknown to the outside world, the master of ceremonies and actor, however, said that the winger is very humble.
