Agent Oliver Arthur took to Twitter to share the moment the youngster met the coach, and discussed how he could be useful to the national team.

"Congratulations to the Ghana Black Stars and especially the technical brains lead by Otto Addo. Mourinho was impressed with your technical analysis of Felix Afena-Gyan during our meeting, and you've proved it. Go Ghana," he posted on Twitter.

Afena-Gyan was given a starting role in the game against Nigeria last Friday, and was one of the debutants who impressed on the night.

He is expected to start in the second leg in Abuja against the Super Eagles of Nigeria. Ghana travels to Abuja on Sunday for the second leg after a barren first leg in Kumasi.
