Crystal Palace forward Jordan Ayew has jetted off to join his Black Stars teammates ahead of the World Cup play-off against Nigeria.
The 30-year-old missed out on Crystal Palace's English FA Cup game against Everton over the weekend after he tested positive for COVID-19.
However, it appears coach Otto Addo will be heaving a huge sigh of relief following the recent development of Ayew's COVID status.
The former Aston Villa forward is said to have tested negative hence declared fit for the gigantic showdown on Friday.
In a photo posted on Twitter, spotted by Sports Brief, the striker and his publicist Fiifi Tackie were on board a flight to Accra.
Ayew is expected to join the team's training sessions on Wednesday and Thursday before the game on Friday night.
He will look to add to his 18 goals scored in 73 caps for Ghana when the Black Stars wrestle for one of Africa's five tickets for the World Cup.

Sports Brief earlier reported that the Black Stars of Ghana have been dealt a huge blow after forward Jordan Ayew is reported to have tested positive of COVID-19 ahead of the game against Nigeria.
The Crystal Palace attacker will miss the first leg in Kumasi at the Baba Yara Sports stadium on Friday, but should be available for the second leg in Abuja.
The striker missed Crystal Palace's FA Cup encounter against Everton on Sunday afternoon due to the setback.
