Brazilian forward Rafinha has reportedly agreed to join Spanish club Barcelona despite being chased by English Premier League clubs, Chelsea and Liverpool.
The 25-year-old has been in blistering form so far this season and he is expected to dump the relegation battlers, Leeds United, when his contract ends.
It was gathered that Leeds are doing everything to keep their most-prized asset and would even make an attempt to double his wages.
Rafinha seems uninterested as he has reportedly opened talks with Barcelona according to Catalan outlet Sport.
The platform reports as per SunSport that Rafinha has agreed to financial terms on a five-year contract at the Nou Camp, with Barcelona offering an opening bid of £29million to Leeds.
But Leeds will not let him go without the Spanish club triggering the £70m release clause fee that is included in the South American’s deal.
It will be a big blow to the interest of Premier League clubs, Chelsea and Liverpool, as they have also been chasing the player.

Meanwhile, AFCON winner Ismaïla Sarr is a subject of interest for European heavyweights AC Milan and Liverpool ahead of the summer transfer window.
The Watford attacking midfielder is seen as a replacement for Frank Kessie who will be leaving AC Milan in the summer while Klopp sees the Senegalese as part of his future plans.
