Two players are reportedly expected to be dropped from the 25-man Super Eagles squad called for this month's final 2022 FIFA World Cup play-off against Ghanaian national team.
This latest development means that only 23 players will travel to Ghana for the first encounter against the Black Stars which is expected to come on March 25 in Accra.
From this weekend, invited players are expected to be arriving the Super Eagles camp in Abuja where training will commence before the team will travel on March 23.
According to the report on Punch, names of the players who will be dropped have not been made known when speaking with an official of the Super Eagles Eagles.

''Eguavoen is in charge of the team so, we hope to see the changes he will make in terms of personnel for the game in the coming days.
“We should not dwell much on the squad list because the important thing is that we have a crux of players that we will possibly work with.''
