Jurgen Klopp who is the gaffer of Premier League giants Liverpool has backed the United Kingdom government on their decision to sanction Roman Abramovich.
The sanctions imposed on the Russian billionaire made it impossible for him to sell Premier League side Chelsea despite all readiness to cash in on the Blues.
Roman Abramovich has been the owner of Chelsea since 2003 and the Russian billionaire has won many titles which is an incredible achievements for him.
But recently, the UK government frozen all the assets of Roman Abramovich in England including Chelsea due to Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
The United Kingdom government are of the views that Roman Abramovich has close ties with Russian president Putin.
According to the report on Sportbible and Metro, Jurgen Klopp explained that the decision to sanction Chelsea owner was a good one.
