Ruthless Tottenham walloped Everton 5-0 in a Premier League clash on Monday night as Harry Kane and Son Heung-Min both had another fantastic game.

Spurs keep their top-four hopes alive following the emphatic win at the Tottenham Stadium, with Antonio Conte’s men dominating the encounter from start to finish.

The hosts came close to opening the scoring in the 12th minute as they attacked down the right with Kulusevski and Doherty combining before Kane played a great ball into the path of Son on the left; but the South Korean cut inside and lost the ball on the edge of the box.

Michael Keane scored an own-goal in the 15th minute giving Spurs an advantage after Ben Davies played in Ryan Sessegnon down the left and he fired a low cross in that the player powered into his own net.

It was 2-0 in the 18th minute as Son roared back to life. Spurs broke down the right and Kane found Kulusevski, who played in Son, and his shot squeezed under Pickford.

Harry Kane then made it 3-0 in the 37th minute after another excellent wing-back ball, a second from Doherty, found Kane, who was played onside by the last man and he ran through and made no mistake with his finish.

And just a minute into the second half, Reguilon smashed home at the back post from Kulusevski's low pass to extend Tottenham’s lead to four.

Tottenham got their fifth goal in the 55th minute as Matt Doherty put a lovely ball to Harry Kane who met it with a perfect volley low and past Pickford.

And that was how it ended; Tottenham 5-0 Everton.

Roy Keane predicts Man Utd to finish outside top four

Meanwhile, Sports Brief earlier reported that Roy Keane has predicted Man United will finish outside the top four this season following their derby defeat to bitter rivals, Man City.

The Red Devils were humbled 4-1 during a thrilling Premier League clash staged at the Etihad Stadium on Sunday, March 6.

Keane, who had previously tipped the Red Devils to play in the Champions League next season has now performed a stunning U-turn on his prediction.
