FootballDespite Guardiola rotating his squad heavily, Dias has proved to be an integral squad member for City, starting all but three of his side's Premier League matches this season.
As such, his absence against the Red Devils would be a major blow to the Citizens as they look to retain the domestic crown.
Nathan Ake was also forced off during the Peterborough clash, with Guardiola now likely to partner Aymeric Laporte and John Stones if Dias fails to pass the fitness test.
Meanwhile, City will be desperate to pick a favourable result against United with Liverpool hot on their heels.
The Etihad-based side are currently placed top on the standings with 66 points, six ahead of second-placed Liverpool who still have a game to play.
The Reds are scheduled to take on West Ham United on Saturday, March 5, in their own Premier League fixture.
