In the 30 plus years the Premier League has been in existence, fans have been treated to some extraordinary attacking partnerships.
Fans with long memories will surely remember the iconic partnership of Alan Shearer and Chris Sutton, while the more contemporary football lovers are aware of the lethal combination Luis Suarez had with Daniel Sturridge back in 2014.
More recently, there has emerged a unique duo that has been racking up the goals in the Premier League- Harry Kane and Heung Min Son.
The pair were at it once again as they combined in the 4-0 victory over Leeds United.
Son bagged the goal to make it 4-0 after Kane’s lofted pass found him, and the strike bore some significance as it meant the pair have now combined for 37 goals in the competition, the most in Premier League history.
It was also bound to happen, as Kane and Son have been Tottenham’s best chance at silverware in recent years.
With 37 goals between the two, they overtook the iconic duo of Didier Drogba and Frank Lampard, who combined for a total of 36 goals during their time at Chelsea.

In the 2020-2021 campaign, Kane and Son contributed 20% of Tottenham’s total league goals that season, after combining for 14 goals.
That incredible stat set a new record as well, beating the previous one held by Shearer and Sutton since 1994-95.
