Pitso Mosimane has finally met the legendary Arsene Wenger as they spent time together to talk football on the African continent.
The Al Ahly coach spent about two hours with the Frenchman as he seek some managerial knowledge from Wenger.
The multiple CAF Champions League winning coach expressed delight in meeting Arsene Wenger, appreciating the wisdom of the former Premier League winner.
"A meeting that was meant to be 15-20 minutes ended up lasting 120 minutes. I was so humbled to hear the words of wisdom from Arsène Wenger," Mosimane wrote in Twitter.
He went on to thank the people who made it possible for him to meet the former coach, including Kalushya Bwalya.
"Thank you to those who made this meeting possible, Kalusha Bwayla, David Dean MBE, and Desiree Ellis. How could I forget the involvement and facilitation of MT Sports. Thank you for making this happen. We are truly breaking boundaries. I’m very grateful."
Mosimane led Al Ahly to back-to-back CAF Champions League success, before finishing third at the club World Cup in the last two years.
The ex-Sundowns manager is hoping to make it three CAF Champions League triumphs on a row after making it to the group stage of the ongoing campaign.
