"I am not used to this situation. I am trying everything but the situation is not changing," added the Italian. "I am available and open with the club to do what the club wants.”
Conte has been in charge of 22 games as Tottenham boss since taking over from Nuno Espirito Santo in late 2021.
His run of four defeats in his last five games is his worst record in his managerial career, and it leaves Spurs in eighth place, seven points adrift of a top four place.
