Rio Ferdinand reacted to Manchester United teen sensation Anthony Elanga's equalizer in the UEFA Champions League last 16 against Atletico Madrid in the most creative way.
The former Manchester United defender was compelled to compose a song for the youngster who he described as the club's saviour on the night.
Ferdinand took to Twitter to nicely put his words together for the 19-year-old, who was scoring his first goal in Europe.
Elanga replaced England forward Marcus Rashford with 15 minutes left and Manchester United down by a goal.
Five minutes later, the Swedish-born with Cameroonian heritage, will pounce on a Bruno Fernandes pass to score the equalizer.
Manchester United will hosts the Spanish side in three weeks time with the winner in the two-legged game progressing to the last eight.
Anthony Elanga's late strike rescues Manchester United in Spain
Earlier, Sports Brief reported that Man United had Anthony Elanga to thank during their Champions League trip to Atletico Madrid as the youngster came off the bench to salvage a 1-1 draw for the Red Devils.
United went into the first leg of the round of 16 clash off a thrilling 4-2 win over Leeds last weekend in the Premier League.
Ralf Rangnick's charges were therefore desperate to build on the result during their visit to Atletico as they chase the only trophy they can realistically win this season.

Football19-year-old Manchester United forward Anthony Elanga could switch nationality from Sweden to represent Cameroon, the country of his father.
Elanga, the son of former Cameroon defender Joseph Elanga, was born in Sweden and has represented the European country at youth level.
However, reports from Cameroon indicate coach of the Indomitable Lions, António Conceição has started talks of convincing the Manchester United player to play for his African heritage.
