Antonio Conte has snubbed both Chelsea and Inter Milan to name rivals Man City as the best team in the world.
Conte enjoyed some significant success with the Blues during his first stint in the Premier League, winning both the FA Cup and the EPL with the west Londoners.
At Inter, the experienced tactician led the San Siro-based club back to glory as he ended Juve's decade-long dominance to lift the Serie A title.
Conte declares Man City the best team in the world
However, the Tottenham Hotspur boss has snubbed both teams that he managed to declare Pep Guardiola's City as the best.
Conte made the claim after Tottenham's dramatic win over the Premier League champions on Saturday, February 19.
The north Londoners' 3-2 win over City saw them become only the fourth team to record a Premier League double over City.
A brace from Harry Kane and a goal from Juve loanee Dejan Kulusevski were enough to seal the surprise victory for Spurs.
Speaking after the match, Conte said:
"For sure it was a great win for us against a fantastic team like Man City. It's a great compliment to City too because, in my opinion, they showed themselves to be the best team in the world."
"To win a game like this means we had the perfect performance," he added.
