Ghanaian-born youngster Keenan Appiah-Forson has signed a contract extension with Premier League giants West Ham United.
On Wednesday, 16th February 2022, West Ham announced that Appiah-Forson has extended his contract that will keep him at the club until 2023.
The youngster in the past year has excelled and is now set to stay with the English Premier League club for one more year.
“It means a lot to sign this new deal with West Ham United,” Appiah-Forson told whufc.com.
“I feel like I’ve come a long way at this Club over the years and have kept improving during my time here.
The Hammers posted the deal on their official Twitter handle, with the caption: A Hammer since 14❤️⚒
Appiah-Forson made his debut for the Hammers senior side in the Europa League in December, when they 1-0 at home to Dinamo Zagreb.
He has made impact in West Ham's set up so far, playing 21 games and scoring two goals in all competitions.
The defensive midfielder has featured in all but one of the developmental side’s Premier League 2 Division 1 matches this campaign.
Appiah-Forson is tipped to develop into a top player in the next few years.
