Readers have reacted negatively to the saga of Lesego Motlhamme at Black Poison FC, which is owned by Mamelodi Sundowns coach Rulani Mokwena.
Mokwena has been accused of intentionally blocking the departure of the 27-year-old from the amateur side. Educational institution Varsity College has been looking to acquire Motlhamme for its football team while also fostering his studies.
SowetanLIVE quoted Lindani Shange, a member of Varsity Cup FC's technical team, who openly accused Mokwena of "destroying" Motlhamme's career.
Mokwena responded angrily in Soccer Laduma:

Bonginkosi Ncube said:
"Somethings don't need school to see that they are lies. It doesn't make logical sense how can he be responsible for so called documents. Aren"t there any people who are responsible for that?"
Yonela Dlomo said
"There are no contracts in SAB [amateur leagues], but I am worried about the player's future because education is very important. Rulani must swallow his pride and give the boy his clearance certificate as this happens to the most of us."
