Tottenham dropped points yet again in the Premier League after impressive Wolves put up a sensational performance to win 2-0.
Against all odds, the Wanderers claimed all three points at the Tottenham Stadium to go above Spurs on the Premier League standings.
Victory takes Wolves to seventh position on the Premier League standings with 37 points, one above Tottenham, who have 36.
How it all happened
Wolves threatened right from the first blast of the whistle, and minutes into the game, Leander Dendoncker's effort was saved by the Tottenham goalkeeper.
The visitors opened the scoring through a Raúl Jiménez effort in the 6th minute as he right-footed his effort from the centre of the box to the top right corner following a set piece situation.
The hosts made efforts to restore parity when Harry Winks attempted a shot from outside the box which was blocked.
In the 18th minute, Leander Dendoncker found the back of the net to extend the lead for the visitors as the home side were stunned.
Dejan Kulusevski attempted to put his side back into the game as his left-footed shot from the centre of the box was close, but missed to the right.
Later into the game, Harry Kane's header from the centre of the box was blocked as the striker was put through by Emerson Royal. It ended; Tottenham 0-2 Wolves.

Sports Brief earlier reported that footage showing Cristiano Ronaldo spitting on teammate Anthony Elanga following Manchester United’s 0-0 draw with Southampton has continued to spread across the internet space.
The Red Devils dropped more points at home as Southampton battled to a 1-1 draw in the early kick-off on Saturday, February 12.
