FootballWith or Without Muntari, I Will Beat You On Sunday – Great Olympics Coach Tells Hearts of Oak
- Annor Walker has issued a warning to the defending league champions ahead of their clash on Sunday
- Hearts of Oak new signing Sulley Muntari will likely make his debut against the Dade Boys
- Muntari joined the Phobians on a one-year deal
Great Olympics coach Annor Walker is defiant about his side's chances when they face rivals Hearts of Oak this weekend.
The Dade boys will host the Phobians in matchday 16 of the Ghana Premier League at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday.
New Hearts of Oak signing Sulley Muntari will likely feature in the match in what will be his debut game since signing a one-year deal for the Rainbow Boys on Wednesday.
Muntari, 37, becomes the latest high-profile Ghana football icon to make a return to ply his trade in the Ghana Premier League after former Ghana captain, Asamoah Gyan, made a comeback last season when he joined Accra-based side Legon Cities.
And Great Olympics coach, Walker, says he is not perturbed about the signing of the former AC Milan, Inter Milan and Portsmouth midfielder and his signing will not change the results in their clash with the defending Ghana Premier League champions.
He told Bryt FM:
"I believe his [Sulley Muntari] inclusion in Hearts will change things but it cannot change my score line on Sunday because I am going to beat them and pick the three points at stake".
Muntari signed for Hearts of Oak almost two years without a club since last playing for Spanish team Albacete Balompie.
He has featured for a host of clubs in his illustrious career such as Liberty Professionals, Udinese, Portsmouth, AC Milan, Sunderland and winning the UEFA Champions League with Inter Milan in 2010 under Coach Jose Mourinho.
