Ghanaian winger, Kamal Sowah, has joined former Dutch Eredivisie champions, AZ Alkmaar on loan on transfer deadline day in Europe.
The 22-year-old signed a deal to spend the rest of the season on loan with AZ from Belgium giants Club Brugge, where he struggled to seal a starting spot.
AZ Alkmaar confirmed the arrival of the Ghanaian on their official website, with the young attacker happy on making a switch in the transfer window.
“I see AZ as the perfect step for me. The club made a good first impression and the ambition appeals to me," he told the club's official website.

Football“I am an agile player and good on the ball. In addition, I am also a team player. I see myself as a winger, but I can play in several positions," he added as he spoke about his qualities.
Meanwhile, director of football at AZ Alkmaar, Max Huiberts, was ecstatic with the newest addition to their frontline.
“We have carefully looked at an offensive reinforcement. Kamal fits the profile we envisioned, with his speed and depth. In addition, it can be used in multiple positions. With the addition of Kamal to our roster and the definitive transfer of Yusuf Barasi and Ernest Poku, we are ready to continue our chosen path in the second half of the season," said Huiberts.
