Former Arsenal captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is desperately prepared to leave the London club and head to Spanish side Barcelona, even if it means to play for free.
Multiple sources are also reporting that the Catalan giants are also interested in signing the embattled Gunner on loan until the end of the season.
Barcablaugranes reported that the real issue that must be addressed is who will pay the Gabonese’ wages if he joins the La Liga club.
And Diario Sport claims via BBC Sport that Aubameyang has agreed to take a huge pay cut just to get the deal over the line.
Although there were earlier talks that such a deal could only happen if Ousmane Demebele completes his move away from Barcelona, but it seems there is room on the wage bill.
