Italy and Inter Milan legend Christian Vieri recently went viral after a video of the former attacker dancing while downing pizza surfaced online.

The retired football star seemed to not have a care in the world as he performed an awkward dance in the middle of the street while enjoying his treat.

Despite being a magician with the ball at his feet during his heyday, Vieri left a lot to be desired when it came to his dance moves.

A quick look at the video and one would be forgiven to think it was random chap enjoying a slice of pizza on the street.

Vieri was casually dressed in a puffer jacket, cargo trousers and a pair of boots, leaving him looking like a random passer-by.

He shared the video on his Instagram and the short clip has so far amassed over 1.1 million views, with many fans curious to how his looks have changed over the years.

As a player, Vieri enjoyed 18 successful years, with a majority of his time being spent in his native Italy.

Veteran football fans mostly remember him for his time at Inter Milan, where he played from 1999 to 2005.

At Inter, he was in impressive form, scoring 123 goals in just 190 appearances for the Nerazzurri.

He also has brief spells with AC Milan and Juventus.

Abroad, the former centre forward played for Atletico Madrid from 1997 to 1998, smashing 29 goals in 31 games, and in France, he briefly played for Monaco.

On international level, Vieri earned 49 caps for Italy where he found the back of the net 23 times.
