Ghana will be without influential midfielder Baba Iddrisu for the final group C game at the Africa Cup of Nations against the Comoros Island.
The midfielder hobbled off in the game against Gabon last Friday after picking up an injury and had to be replaced by Joseph Painstil in the 65th minute.
However, ahead of the must-win game against Comoros Island, it has been confirmed he failed a late fitness test and will not be involved in the match.
