The goal-monger provided razor sharp analysis on his punditry debut on SuperSport TV for the match between the Black Stars and Morocco.
In photos posted on Twitter, the legendary forward was all suited up as he wowed viewers with his expert contributions.
While he was giving his objective analysis of the game, it looked like the Black Stars missed him as Ghana lost narrowly to the Atlas Lions.

FootballSofiane Boufal's 83rd minute was enough for the North Africans, who sit joint top of Group C with Gabon, the next team Ghana faces.
"Ghana are slow starters of tournaments but I believe the team can beat Gabon on Friday and progress," Gyan said of the game.
A lot of Ghanaians have reacted to seeing their legend, Asamoah Gyan on TV, analyzing the game between Ghana and Morocco.
The Black Stars forward displayed intellectual breakdown of the match between Ghana and Morocco on SuperSport.

FootballEarlier, SportsBref.com reported that, legendary Ghanaian footballer, Asamoah Gyan, has revealed he will be launching a book about his life, career and business after meeting president Nana Akufo-Addo last week.
The 36-year-old, who is yet to hang his boots met the country's president together with his team to discuss the launch of his autobiography.
Gyan in a post on Twitter, thanked His Excellency Nana Akufo-Addo ahead of arrangements for the official release his book.
