1. Wayde Lekay, TS Galaxy vs Golden Arrows

Golden Arrows and TS Galaxy played out a 1-1 draw in KwaZulu Natal, during which Lekay scored with a lovely flick which caught the Arrows defence by surprise.

2. Teboho Mokoena, SuperSport United vs Cape Town City

3. Mpho Makola, Cape Town City vs Moroka Swallows

Cape Town City came from behind to defeat Moroka Swallows in Cape Town. Freekick specialist Mpho Makola scored an absolute pearler to settle the result.

4. Solomon Letsoenyo, Stellenbosch FC vs Baroka FC

5. Richard Mbulu, Baroka FC vs Mamelodi Sundowns

Runaway log leaders Mamelodi Sundowns had to fight hard to defeat Baroka FC 2-1 in Tshwane. This was due in part to Richard Mbulu, who shook Sundowns with a goal that would grab the world's attention if it was scored by Liverpool's Mohamed Salah or Paris St Germain's Lionel Messi.

6. Nkosingiphile Ngcobo, Kaizer Chiefs vs Sekhukhune United

Hosts Kaizer Chiefs comfortably swatted aside Sekhukhune United 2-0 in Soweto. The impressive Nkosingiphile Ngcobo got matters underway with a low thunderbolt, winning over more admirers.

7. Fagrie Lakay, Cape Town City vs Maritzburg United

In another high-scoring thriller, Cape Town City sweated to a 3-2 win against Maritzburg United in the Mother City. City striker Fagri Lakay channelled his inner Johan Cruyff to win the game with a sensational turn-and-shoot.

8. Wayde Lekay, TS Galaxy vs Chippa United

TS Galaxy sank visitors Chippa United 3-1 in Nelspruit. Wayde Lekay makes another appearance on the list. Wayde Lekay put the result beyond doubt with a corker deep into injury time.

9. Lyle Lakay, Mamelodi Sundowns vs Stellenbosch United

Mamelodi Sundowns were surprisingly held 1-1 away to Stellenbosch United in the Cape Town. Lyle Lakay salvaged the point for them with an excellent strike from outside the box.

10. Wayde Lekay, TS Galaxy vs Marumo Gallants

Wayde Lekay, again! This time, he scored a scorcher in a losing effort against Marumo Gallants, who won 3-1 in Polokwane.

South American trio bonds in South African League

Adapting to playing in a foreign league can be challenging, unless you have friends who share your struggle.

As reported on Sports Brief, the South American trio of Gaston Sirino, Leonardo Castro and Ricardo Nascimento know that challenge and have developed a bromance as a result.

Sirino from Uruguay, Castro from Colombia and Nascimento from Brazil all speak Spanish and therefore are able to communicate with each other.
