Colombian music sensation, Shakira and Formula 1 world champion, Lewis Hamilton are reportedly dating and may shortly take their first vacation together.

Reports regarding the pair grew more prevalent when Shakira attended her second race of the year at the Spanish Grand Prix.

They enjoyed dinner and a boat ride together after the Miami Grand Prix on May 7, as reported by Sports Brief.

The duo has steered clear of addressing the rumours, despite Hamilton holding out his hand in a gentlemanly way to help Shakira get on board during the boat ride.

And according to Marca, the pop star and Hamilton had dinner together once again in Barcelona during the weekend.

The report further states that there was some affection between the pair in the paddock at the Circuit de Catalunya.

Jordi Martin is one of the journalists who gets along with Shakira the best. On the program "Amor y Fuego," Martin asserted that the musician and the athlete were preparing to travel on their first love vacation.

"Hamilton and Shakira are planning to go on holiday together and I already know the destination," Martin said, via Marca.

"It's a Caribbean country, a short trip of about an hour."

"I have people who are close to Shakira and they have been meeting this week and she has told them that she is excited and happy," he added.
