What is BKFC?
Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship is an American boxing promotion started in Philadelphia in 2018.
As the name suggests, competitors compete without gloves but can tape their hands as long as the knuckles remain bare.
Each fight has five rounds, each lasting two minutes. BKFC confirmed that competitors are also given 10 seconds to get up if knocked down during the bout.
BKFC has attracted notable names
Since its inception in 2018, many former UFC stars have made their way to the promotion.
Eddie Alvarez, Luke Rockhold, and Mike Perry have all competed for the promotion since leaving the UFC, and McGregor himself has teased competing for them as well.
