The Ghana Boxing Authority has sent a message to boxer, Seth Gyimah after his victory over Darryl Sharp in the light heavyweight division.
The 33-year-old Ghanaian boxer, currently based in the UK, is yet to speak to the association after going pro.
Gyimah, known professionally as Freezy MacBones, is gradually building his career and wears the Ghana flag anytime he is heading into the ring.
Despite his desire to represent the country of his birth, the GBA want him to make the first approach by contacting them.

"We are not supposed to call him. He should reach out to us if he wants to fight as a Ghanaian, we are ready to support him," said GBA president, Abraham Kotei Neequaye, as quoted by Pulse.
Gyimah left Ghana in 2012 to seek greener pastures in the UK but decided to venture into boxing at the age of 27. He finally made it as a professional at the age of 33 and has already won two of his bouts.

Earlier, Sports Brief reported on Ghana's newest boxing star, Gyimah - who fights as Freezy MacBones - being spotted hanging out with Anthony Joshua, a former heavyweight champion.
The 33-year-old has been trending in the west African country since Saturday, following his rise from a construction worker in his homeland to a boxing sensation in the United Kingdom.
Gyimah won his second fight since becoming a professional boxer over the weekend, after dominating Darryl Sharp in the ring to the adoration of many fans across social media platforms.

Ghana woke up to a new boxing sensation after Gyimah stunned the veteran Sharp at the Copper Box Arena in London on Sunday.
The 33-year-old was making only his second professional appearance in the light heavyweight division at the time of his big victory.
Gyimah's exploits have seen Ghanaians send goodwill messages to the boxer, who moved to the United Kingdom a few years ago.
