Two-time heavyweight World Champion, Anthony Joshua has taken time off from training to crack a joke with Will Smith after the Hollywood actor caused a scene at the Oscars award.
Will Smith had walked up the Oscars stage to slap host, Chris Rock after the comedian had made a joke about his wife, Jada Pinkett Smith's shaved head.
According to a report via the Mirror, Anthony Joshua has now joked about the incident by posting an old picture of himself with Will Smith and suggesting the actor should have closed his fists while taking a punch.
"Proud of you bro. Next time close your fist."
Joshua is presently in training camp preparing for a rematch with Oleksandr Usyk for a heavyweight title fight.
The 32-year-old boxer is aiming to reclaim his heavyweight titles after he was shocked by the Ukrainian at the Tottenham Hotspur stadium in September 2021.
Saudi Arabia is the likely destination for Joshua, Usyk rematch
Meanwhile, the rematch between Anthony Joshua and Oleksandr Usyk is most likely to hold in Saudi Arabia, Sky Sports reports.
Usyk promoter, Alexander Krassyuk has touted the rematch to hold in late June, with Saudi Arabia being one of the locations being discussed for the heavyweight title clash.
If the Arab nation is finally chosen, it will mark a return to the country for Joshua, who reclaimed his WBA, IBF, and WBO heavyweight belts in a rematch with Andy Ruiz Jr in Diriyah in December 2019.

Earlier, Sports Brief reported Will Smith, and Chris Rock could be £11.5m richer if they decide to take their fight away from the Oscars and into the boxing ring.
Both actors had trended on social media after Will Smith had punched Chris Rock during the Oscars ceremony on Sunday, March 27 following an inappropriate joke.
Jake Paul has now offered both Hollywood actors £11.5 million each to box following their controversy at the Oscars.
