Eliud Kipchoge has partnered with giant footwear company Nike to release a series of shoes and other apparel.
Kipchoge, who is arguably the greatest marathoner the world has ever seen, is currently preparing for his sixth Berlin Marathon later this month.
The course in the German capital has always been favourable to him. He has broken two world records, including the one he set last year with a time of 2:01.09.
But as he prepares to make amends for losing the Boston Marathon in April, the 38-year-old has ventured into fashion, collaborating with Nike to launch products based on his ideologies.
The brand will be identified as 'EK Umoja'. Umoja is a Kiswahili word that means 'unity'. The products have been launched exactly 20 years after Kipchoge won his first championships in the 5000m race at the 2003 World Championships in France.

BoxingThe shoes and apparel have various inscriptions, including the time of 12:52.79 that Kipchoe produced to win the 5,000m race in 2003, as well as his favourite mantra, 'No Human is Limited'.
"This represents the work done together as a running family and community," said the double marathon Olympic champion, as quoted by Nation Sports.
He has already declared his intentions of going for a third successive Olympic gold medal at next year's Paris Olympics.
Meet Eliud Kipchoge's coach
Sports Brief has previously reported that on a misty morning on October 12, 2019, in Vienna, Austria, Eliud Kipchoge became the first human being to run a sub-two-hour marathon. As he approached the finish line, his face lit up with a smile, knowing he had broken a barrier previously deemed unbreakable.
After crossing the finish line, hundreds of spectators cheered him on; he pumped his chest twice before warmly embracing his wife, Grace Sugut Kipchoge. Moments later, he briefly shared a hug with Patrick Sang, his coach for many years.
Before Vienna, world records, and Olympic medals, Sang saw Kipchoge go through ups and downs in his career, just like any athlete. The 59-year-old has done and seen it all in the world of athletics.
