Few athletes have even come close to challenging the incredible records set by the legendary Usain Bolt in the track and field world.
One such incredible competitor is American sprinter, Noah Lyles, who has consistently threatened the Jamaica icon's hegemony.
Lyles, who will soon be 26, is one of the world's most proficient track and field runners.
The Florida-born athlete recently posted a video on his official YouTube channel where he shared his insightful knowledge on running the 200-meter distance.
In the video, he briefly explains how to begin a race, how to utilise the entire length of the track, and how to finish a sprint across the distance.
The bronze medalist from the 2020 Tokyo Olympics meticulously dissects each element of the sprint, providing knowledgeable counsel to aspiring sprinters.
Lyles imparted his knowledge with accuracy and clarity, covering everything from the beginning of the race and setting up the blocks to maintaining the ideal form throughout the various stages.
Lyles levels Bolt's record
With a time of 19.83 seconds at the NYC Grand Prix on Saturday at Icahn Stadium, Lyles equalled Bolt's record of completing the 200m in under 20 seconds for the 34th time, NBC Sports reported.
The American star currently holds the title of the fastest man in the world this year in the 200m distance, following his setting of a personal best time of 19.67 seconds.

When Lyles won two gold medals at the 2016 World U20 Championships, he made headlines. The native of Gainesville, Florida in the USA took home the bronze medal in the 200m race at the Tokyo Olympics in 2020.

Lyles also won five gold medals in the Diamond League series. He won gold there in the 200m events in 2017 and 2018, the 100m and 200m events in 2019, and the 200m event in 2022.

Sports Brief also reported on a 3D simulation depicting what would likely happen if Bolt and Kylian Mbappe competed in a 100m sprint race.

In related news, Sports Brief reported on Zharnel Hughes becoming Britain's fastest-ever sprinter with a record time at World Athletics Tour in New York.
He won the 100m event in a blistering time of 9.83 seconds, surpassing the previous British record of 9.87 seconds set by sprint icon, Linford Christie in 1993.
