Senegal forward, Sadio Mane, is reportedly on the verge of leaving Saudi giants, Al-Nassr FC, in the summer transfer window with Fenerbahce interested in his services.

The winger could be Portuguese manager Jose Mourinho's first signing following reports of a potential loan move to Turkey.

Mane's high salary at Al-Nassr is believed to be a problem for the Knights of Najd who are considering various options, including parting ways with the forward.

According to Wiw Sport, Mane takes home 41 million Euros a year as salary from Al-Nassr, which has now become a challenge for the club. The Senegalese news outlet also reports that the club are considering the option of loaning him to Fenerbahce while catering for a major part of his salary.

The representatives of the player and the Saudi club have reportedly held meetings over the future of the winger.

The Turkish club are set to make a move if the loan option becomes viable in the summer transfer window.

Last season, Mane netted 13 goals and delivered eight assists in the Saudi Pro League for Al-Nassr, per Transfermarkt.

Girona show interest in Sadio Mane

Earlier, Sports Brief reported that Mane could return to Europe to join Girona after the Spanish club showed interest in the Al-Nassr star.

Mane has formed a formidable partnership with Cristiano Ronaldo at Al-Nassr, but the ex-Liverpool star could be on his way back to Europe after just one season in the Saudi Pro League.

According to TransferMarkt, Mane has emerged as a transfer target for UEFA Champions League-bound La Liga giant-killers, Girona, this summer as they prepare to strengthen their squad.

Mane's life used as exam question in Morocco

Sports Brief also reported that Mane became a subject in an examination question in Morocco for students writing their final test to qualify for higher education.

The Al-Nassr star, who is back in his native, Senegal, could not feature for the Teranga Lions in the World Cup qualifiers against DR Congo and Mauritania due to injury.

However, his exemplary life became a topic in an exam, as students were quizzed about his personality and career.
